Data HQ are registered under the Data Protection Act registration number Z5561873. We guarantee to our customers that our lists comply with the Act and more specifically comply with the Act under the heading for direct marketing.

Data HQ business lists are accurate and are checked regularly, the person listed or someone associated with that person has given permission to be on the list. Data HQ checks each record at least once every eight weeks with either the person listed or someone associated with that person, this exceeds the fundementals of the Data Protection Act.

If a data subject asks us to be removed from our database, we immediately remove their record, if a data subject asks you to remove them from your list you must do so without question.

As a user of Data HQ business lists and in accordance with our terms and conditions, we ask that you comply with the Data Protection Act as follows:

• You only send correspondence that relates to business matters.
• Ensure you have a return address on your envelope.
• Make sure there is an option for the addressee to remove themselves from the list.
