Your data is delivered in a format which is compatible with a vast range of software and systems.
The format is "CSV" (comma seperated values), and once downloaded to your computer, can be opened with programs such as Microsoft Excel and Openoffice Calc simply by double clicking on the file to open it as you would any other file. It is also an easy task to import your data into CRM systems such as Act, Maximiser or Goldmine as the format is so widely compatible.
